Frequently Asked Questions
How do I create a postcard?
Take a photo, draw your own artwork, or write a message on the postcard. Then choose whether to save it, send it to a friend, or publish it on the map.
Why does FROM HERE need my location?
Location is needed for features such as publishing postcards at a place, sending location-based postcards, and discovering nearby postcards.
Who can see my postcards?
Published postcards can be discovered by other users on the map. Sent postcards go to the friend you choose. Drafts remain in your account until you delete or send them.
Can I delete a postcard?
You can remove a published postcard from the map. A postcard already delivered to a friend may remain in their inbox.
How do I delete my account?
You can request account deletion from within the app while signed in. A 30-day recovery period applies before permanent deletion.
